I don't know what it is right now but I'm obessed with candy inspired makeup. Paul Innis's "Candy Land" is what had originally inspired me. The way he brought the colours of candy as well as textures such a coloured sugar and sprinkles onto his models faces amazes me. This has led me on the path of discovering new materials that can be applied to faces and not just relying on makeup itself.
These lips are my favourite piece from "Candy Land". I'm going to recreate my own version of this and post it here soon. Other textures I want to incorporate are coloured sugar, cake sprinkes, caramilk filling, icing, candy canes, and maybe even cotton candy. I'm really excited about this upcoming photoshoot.
